Directions: For Hair Types 4A-4C apply oil at least 3-4 times a week directly to your scalp. For best results, massage the scalp with either your fingers or a scalp massager. Style regularly.

For Hair Types 1A-3C it is recommended to apply oil to scalp while massaging slowly. Let sit for 30-45 minutes, then shampoo and condition your hair regularly. Can apply 3-4 times a week.

Hot Oil Treatment: Warm oil in hot water, apply to your scalp, and then apply oil to the rest of your hair. Place hair into a plastic cap and either let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour or sit under a dryer for 30 minutes.
